Hi!! This is Valerie!! 🌞😃🌄🤗 And I hate pests!! It's a thing. I'm not one to spend money on much of anything. But I will spend money on making sure I don't have black widows or hornets, ants... And I really REALLY APPRECIATED working with Erik!! He was TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL in EVERY WAY!!! He contacted me right away. The paperwork was easy. Perfect amount of texting for reminders. Great communication with Erik about the service. Straightforward. And he went the extra mile to help meet the timing I needed for the service. I really did appreciate that. Above and beyond.

Hands Down the Best Pest Control Experience
Hands down the best pest control experience I’ve ever had!!!! Please read if you are looking for pest control!
I moved into a home not long ago and had a different pest control company come out to service before I moved in. The other company’s technician was nice but really did not interact with me or tell me what he was doing, only spent about 15–20 minutes at the house for a FIRST appointment, and when I tell you I’m not sure what they did—I’ve never seen such little impact from pest control before, and I’ve lived in the South where even with pest control you can still have some trouble.
There were still active spiders and webbing, they forgot some wasps’ nests, they DID NOT REMOVE ANY SPIDER WEBS so essentially left all the eggs and homes for spiders to come back to, I had several ant hills still active, the list goes on. I won’t list who it was, but let’s say they are one of the very high-rated companies, and so the result was very shocking and disappointing. It was between them and Utah Pest, but I unfortunately went with the other since they had more reviews. BIGGEST REGRET. I think they had become so big their quality is very poor now.
After noticing how much of a pest problem I still had, I decided to reach out to Utah Pest and explain what happened and how much the other company charged me for a horrible job.
Utah Pest came out and it was a night and day difference. They have the most amazing customer service and it feels like your friends are coming over. They explain what they are doing, what they are using, and how they are going to use the chemical to create a barrier for your home. Not only do they have amazing service, knowledge, and detail, but IT ACTUALLY WORKS. I’ve seen so many dead bugs that have not gotten into the house, they removed all spider webs and eggs from the garage and outside, and all the ant hills are gone. I’ve never seen such effective pest control and it’s exactly what we needed and asked for.
I’m not joking—if y’all need pest control PLEASE use Utah Pest!!!
